Insurance
If you would like to use insurance benefits for acupuncture services, speak to us during your Initial Visit. Insurance companies are billed separately according to insurance schedule rates.
We are an out-of-network provider with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and United Health for PPO health insurance plans. The Initial Visit requires cash payment. After the Initial Visit, we can verify your acupuncture insurance benefits and submit claims on your behalf.
Health insurance policies often cover acupuncture treatments, but coverage varies. Some plans may have diagnosis restrictions. Always verify your benefits. We can provide a superbill for submission to your insurance for deductible and potential reimbursement.
